These compound groups of Carboxylic Acid applied in liquid form are apparently showing some spectacular results in new growth. Russian technicians have been working in this field since 2006, and have only very recently been trialling out of the Tomsk State University to public specialist referrals. Such is the 'hush hush' nature of the trials that the recipients are required to live on campus for 4 month periods.

I was made aware of the research by one of my partners colleagues who is a Professor of Chemistry seconding at Hull University in the UK.
