When can I resume an active lifestyle?

Hi there

I have searched and read what feels like hundreds of posts and I am a little confused.

My question is when can I resume things like scuba diving or wearing a motorcycle helmet?

I appreciate that I need to stay out of the sun and not get sunburnt, having already had a melanoma removed, I'm not the sunbathing type.

But I am thinking of taking a longish holiday after the op and was wondering if I can go scuba diving.
