Drew10
Had 1500 FUE two weeks ago and expected to have already dropped the majority of my grafts, however the vast majority are still in and appear to be growing slightly. Normal? What is the time table for losing them? And when have I passed that phase?
Senior Member Bucksred Posted April 16, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted April 16, 2012 Not sure about FUE as I had FUT, most mine came out at about 4 weeks and I think upto about 6 weeks they can keep going, I'm approaching 5 weeks and still have a few growing but most are gone 75 percent aprox, hence what hair vets call ugly duckling stage/doldrums. This is my opinion I'm not qualified in any way. Happy growing to you Drew10
Senior Member Thehairupthere Posted April 16, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted April 16, 2012 It is normal to see the transplanted hair fall out in the first 3 weeks but some may stay and that it perfectly fine. Some may not fall out at all and continue growing which is also fine so don't worry you'll start to see most of the hairs frowng back around 3-4 months and a major change around 7-8 months.
