Regular Member Jingo Posted March 25, 2009 Regular Member Share Posted March 25, 2009 Ei guys, just started today on proscar, i splitted in 4 pieces and tooked one, i know it might be my powerfull mind working, but after a couple of hours that i tooked the pill, im feeling a little itchy in my body, is this normal? Bill - Seemiller Posted March 26, 2009 Share Posted March 26, 2009 Jingo, Itching is a possible side effect of finasteride - but whether or not this is a coincidence or not, I don't know. You may want to give it time to see if the itch subsides. If it get's too unbearable with continued use, you may want to consider lessening your dosage or stopping the medication.
