Regular Member Jeff Hamm Posted March 30, 2012 Regular Member Posted March 30, 2012 Losing hair early in life; at high school or college age, can be a devastating thing for a young man or woman. However, having a surgery to help restore the hair to the original density is easier with a smaller procedure if the surgery is done at the early onset of hair loss. Here is a patient that needed 1,612 follicular unit grafts, totaling 3,399 individual hairs. The hair has been restored with a relatively small session. Also, confidence and a positive self image could be restored as well. The images show before the surgery, immediately afterwards, and just over one year after the surgery. Hair Restoration Specialist with Dr. Edmond I. Griffin and Dr. Ashley R.
