quark01
Hi All, I wanted to say thanks very much for your advice as I do not think I would have gone for the hair transplant I am very grateful I took the plunge at year in May and like everyone I was looking forward to see how good or bad it went and I was pleased with the results it’s still thin and the crown was not done. I was still happy with what I got. The clinic I went too was Transmed Turkey I found them very courteous, helpful and the clinic was state of the art A year on I was thinking of getting the crown done if possible and mailed the clinic and they got back to me saying that yes we could perform this and they asked what timeline was I thinking and I took a few weeks to reply and I mailed back and to make appointment to do the crown. This is where things get very strange I have tried to contact the clinic lots of times and I am getting no response whatsoever. I have no idea why this is. If they cannot do the second operation first they should not said this, but it cannot or will not perform the transplant well I guess I cannot force them. They least should have the courtesy and professionalism to mail me after all whether they know it or not I was singing there praises with my colleagues and friends. Maybe it was me as I was extremely nervous more than some people I do not know. Btw I had 3200 graphs
Regular Member salemsalem78 Posted March 26, 2012 Regular Member Share Posted March 26, 2012 Quark, Hope your transplant has gone well, and wish you the best in future transplants. I had some experience with Transmed, and basically what sometimes happens is the rep who is in charge of responding to e-mails gets overwhelmed or something, and some e-mails slip through the cracks. This was what happened with me when I was trying to get in touch with them. Finally the good folks on this forum helped me get in touch with them. So basically it's not them ignoring you, the rep is just screwing up. I believe a couple of the moderators here can help you get in touch with them if you need to. Or you can try digging up another e-mail address from their website. Regards, Salem.
Senior Member Jotronic Posted March 26, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted March 26, 2012 Telephones are wonderful inventions as they tend to get stronger responses that are more immediate. quark01
Thanks for both of the replies and two of are you absolutely correct Yes it was the rep but he left the company and the emails went into cyber oblivon and yes telephone great invention indeed. I sent one email to the main email address they replied immediately so I needed should have not worried which I do a lot. It was not Transmed fault which I glad to put right as they where very courteous, professional and I would still recommend. if I did not jump the gun and used the phone which I have a phobia about love email but as said its not always immediate. Much appreciated for all your help Quark
Senior Member Jotronic Posted April 4, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted April 4, 2012 Quark, I hope you don't mind my blunt response but it was partially in jest. I'm glad it worked out for you overall and that your experience has been positive.
