Senior Member Thehairupthere Posted February 19, 2012 Senior Member Share Posted February 19, 2012 You look like you have quite a bit of miniaturizing hair toward the crown and bridge and some more in front of that so that've a good chance of keeping what have and improving some. I would suggest using both rogaine foam and propecia for one year and reevaluate before doing any surgery. I am a consultant for Dr. True and Dr. Dorin. These opinions are my own.
