Drug stores that participate in persistence program of propecia

Hello Guys,

 

I am planning to start taking propecia. I found that for the first time users Merck introduced a persistance program where there is some discount on Propecia.

 

Does any body happen to use this program before ? if so which drug stores participate in this program? And How long do i need to use to see the results ?
