post-HT - question about specific exercise

Hi all,

 

I am 4 and a half weeks post-HT and started going to the gym last week. I've been careful to exclude any exercises that I think may pull the donor area, but I can't work out whether this one exercise is doing anything to it, particularly on the pull-up. You thoughts?

Hi,

 

To be honest i wouldnt see this exercise as being a problem. I went back to the gym after 3 weeks, and alot of doc's say you can resume light training after 2 weeks. I think the most important thing is whatever training you do just be care and use proper technique.
