I've been careful to exclude any exercises that I think may pull the donor area, but I can't work out whether this one exercise is doing anything to it, particularly on the pull-up. You thoughts? I went back to the gym after 3 weeks, and alot of doc's say you can resume light training after 2 weeks. I think the most important thing is whatever training you do just be care and use proper technique.
