A 35 yr old male presented with class VI Androgenetic Alopecia.2881 FUG were transplanted in a single session, for creating a new hair line, and covering behind the hairline upto the mid scalp with an average density of 35% (recipient area).Special attention was given to the left side which is the part side, to help patient comb better for a better coverage in view of the very large recient area compared to the available donor area. This result is just the base where this patient can get a better outcome from a second session.
