A 26 yr old male presented with Class IV vertex Androgenetic Alopecia. Plan was to transpalnt the front area with 2500 grafts. 2635 FUG were obtained using open technique for donor strip harvesting. A new hair line was created with attention to the natural appearance and irregularity.The frontal area behind the hair line was densly packed with an average density of 45%.
