I'm curious about donor's density as i feel my hair is lesser from side and back compare to the top? is it normal or maybe my density is just lesser than most people?

Johhny,

Welcome! Anything is possible. Of course, if you're balding according to one of the standard Norwood patterns, one would expect that the hair in donor area around the sides and back of your head would be thicker than in the balding areas. However, you may be a diffuse thinner, you may have naturally low hair density or you may even be suffering from another form of balding other than androgenic alopecia.

You may get a more specific response if you include some photos along with your post. I also suggest consulting with a skilled hair restoration physician or a dermatologist specializing in hair loss.

Thank you david, the donor area is less thicker than the non balding areas on top of my head, someone told me that we should have equal number of hairs around our head so i'm not sure and this is worrying me, I cant post up any pictures now, I just had a buzz cut
