spiralout Posted November 14, 2011 Posted November 14, 2011 Hi all! My name is Steve. I'm a 25 yr old from Melbourne and have been experiencing hair loss for about 7yrs. I have thinning areas around the crown and temples and it does effect my confidence a bit. Having surgery here is beyond my budget but the prices in Thailand are certainly within my budget. I've seen positive posts about Dr Path and Dr Pathomvanich but I'm still a little sceptical about what happens if something goes wrong (infection etc). I guess I'm wondering what can happen if something does go wrong? Also have questions about whether insurance is available for this kind of operation? I have been to Thailand and think the place is great and love the Thai people. However I know there is issues with the water for example (you aren't supposed to drink water out of a tap/shower because it can make you sick). I guess one little query I have is could the shower water contribute to infections? Thanks for any suggestions! Looking forward to having some informed discussions with you guys. Cheers, Steve
