Senior Member chrisdav Posted November 2, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted November 2, 2011 Percentage wise for the final result, how much is this down to the surgeons ability and how much is down to the patients aftercare? (hair quality/density/laxity etc aside) How many grafts would you expect to survive in an ideal situation from surgery to final result? 2 poor unsatisfactory hair transplants performed in the UK. Based on vast research and meeting patients, I travelled to see Dr Feller in New York to get repaired.
Senior Member TakingThePlunge Posted November 3, 2011 Senior Member Share Posted November 3, 2011 (edited) chrisdav, I couldn't put a percentage on doctor skills vs. physiology at it pertains to graft survival but you may find the answer to your second question in the following threar: How many grafts would you expect to survive in an ideal situation from surgery to final result? Question/Answer: What FUT method is better: Strip or FUE? Edited November 3, 2011 by TakingThePlunge David - Former Forum Co-Moderator and Editorial Assistant I am not a medical professional.
