texmex Posted September 14, 2011 Author Share Posted September 14, 2011 yes. it is safe. i live in mcallen,tx which is 10 minutes from the border. the area around dr. naders office is also seems to be safe. he's located on a intersection so it is not hidden. a holiday inn is located just 5 minutes from the office.
