Questions to ask a FUE surgeon

Chaps,

 

Can I call upon your collective body of extensive knowledge and experience to help formulate a list of questions to send onto a number of FUE surgeons in order to make an informed decision.

 

Some questions I've already thought about;

 

- Request pictures of recent patients

- Request contact details of recent patients

- What is the punch size used

- How is the procedure carried out? (all extractions made before implant, or piecemeal)

- How do you measure the success of the procedure

- What do you offer if the success isn't as as expected.

 

 

Anything else?

Ask about alternatives...it's a good way to get a feel for how honest/realistic a surgeon is.
