A female age 17yrs, burnt in childhood, got 1731 grafts in one session in 2008. She came last week with a smiling face. her complete hair line with temples completely burnt. Came to Dr Humayun with a question in her yes about her future. She was poor and non affording, but DR Humayun gave her good discount, as she was not doing it for luxury, but was her need. It was again a challenging surgery to distribute grafts in such a way so that grafts survival rate should be high due to limited blood supply in burnt skin, and also to create natural looking hairline and temporal peaks with an illusion of denser look. cheers I am patient Advisor to Dr. Humayun Mohmand Hair Transplant Institute, Pakistan.
