He first noticed his hair loss 7 years prior to his hair transplant surgery. He began using Finasteride just prior to his consultation with Dr Simmons. He had a NW5 thinning pattern with a thinning forelock. His hair was average in diameter, brown and straight. 3477 FUG’s were transplanted to his frontal area and through his forelock. His hairline was transplanted with single haired grafts in an irregular pattern and the density was slowly reduced as we approached his mid-scalp. He continues to use Finasteride and has plenty of donor hair available to transplant his midscalp/crown later if he wished.
