Regular Member Suzanne J Posted February 6, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted February 6, 2011 This 62 year old man presented to Dr. Pawlinga for his first hair transplant procedure one year ago and comes back for his second procedure for additional density. 1527 grafts were placed at that first session (1127 FU's and 400 DFU's) totalling 3603 hairs. DFU grafts of 4-5 hairs each were used in the central portion of his recipient area. His FU's were 40% `1-hairs each and 60% 2-hairs each, with almost no 3-hair FU's.
