Here is my hair loss story: I started to suffer from it about 10years ago, and still keep doing this. As my case is gemetic, I've never tried to use any drugs like propecia, rogain etc. My hair roots are all in place, but they seem very weak and thin as ever. As eventually I admitted that I have take care of my appearance, I took decision to share with the forum people and get your opinion. Can you do a favor to leave your opinion about my concerns about hair loss? 1. Upon having looked at my photos, do you think I need to take some drugs to regrow hair? Will this be helpful or not? 2. In my case will HT be the best solution? 3. Will HT help me to obtain good hairline again? Thank you for your comments! Your hair loss looks pretty extensive NW7ish so I think meds would be a waste of money. Your donor region looks small enough you might be able to harvest enough grafts to frame your face, it depends wat your goals are? However, thanks for your recomendation to shave it off, but it is not best option I am considering. I will await other people's opinion, then probably take ultimate decision. I am in South Korea and I have found couple of doctors doing HT in Seoul, but still not sure they are recommended by this community or not. I think it would help if you could provide some better photos. No flash would help and I'd like to see a better pic of your donor area. I do agree that your balding seems very advanced but there appears to be quite a bit of fuzz left up top that may improve with meds. There are no guarantees but, at least in the US, generic minoxidil and finasteride are so cheap that it's worth using them just to be safe. Of course, I have no idea what they cost in S. Korea. Korea? * Folks, to order these drugs as I am aware prescription will be required, so I need to see the doctor very soon as well. * However, what is the standard recommended dose for taking minoxidil & finasteride?
