In the past I have not experienced sexual side effects on Avodart but now I am in my mid forties and may have started to have some sexual side effects. The decreased sex drive is not too bad but I am a little concerned. Maybe it is just middle age. I was on Propecia for several years with no obvious side effects and have been on Avodart for about 3 years with good results.
