baby hairs 10 months in?

I had a transplant about ten months ago, and have seen decent results. not quite as full as i'd've liked, but i'm sure everyone feels the same way.

 

however, for the past few months i've noticed a handful of very short hairs that don't seem to be growing. I know 10 months is when things really start to kick in, but these hairs have been sort of hanging around this very short length and i'm wondering if they'll ever grow out.

 

anyone have experience with this?
