For those that have made the switch, did you see any shedding when you did this? To be honest, I think that shedding would be a bad sign since it could indicate that the two aren't equally effective. Maybe I'll start by using the foam during the day and the liquid at night. When I first started using the liquid I saw no shedding - this isn't really a surprise since I was using it on my recipient area which was shaved down.
