ljp
Has anybody used Dr.Rose in Tampa for corrective procedures. I am planning a visit to him in a couple of weeks. He seems to have high remarks among the field.

Senior Member ttaco Posted September 14, 2002 Senior Member Share Posted September 14, 2002 If you're going to be in the area, you may want to check out Joe Greco as well. They used to work together when Greco was associated with Shapiro's group. Greco is in Clearwater. Results of my 1424 FU transplant procedure on 8/16/02 can be viewed at... http://community.webshots.com/user/ttaco
Guest
I had 1100 graft hair transplant with Dr. Rose in mid July. Its only been a little over 2 months, so far everything is going well. He and his staff are excellent and made the whole day go smoothly. Dr. Rose is a perfectionist and spent so much time drawing my hairline. I had prior work done by Bosley medical. He is confident that he hide the shoddy work. He also removed a lot of scar tissue from the donor site. I had two previous scars removed, now I just have one I can live with. The man is genuine and a excellent doctor. Be Safe, John
ljp
Did you have work on your hairline to cover larger grafts? I also have two scars and was considering either a conventional transplant or see if the Woods sytle technique comes to the US.The only good thing about the conventional is the Doctor may be able to remove two scars and just make one. Did you have any shock fallout?
Guest
Most of the grafts were placed along my hairline and just behind it. This was the area of concern for me. We wanted to hide my previous work. I did not notice any shock fallout. However, I did experience shock loss with my two previous transplants. It is nice to just have one scar as opposed to two. Guest
Is Dr. Rose worth it if you live in L.A. I need another 500 to 700 grafts and I also have some scars. Maybe he can take out some scar tissue or put some fu's in the scars. One doctor said I have about 2,000 fu's left of donor. I have had 5300 to date.
