Doubtful any of these would cause any damage when used as directed. Just be careful when using stuff with caustic chemicals, they may cause hair loss. You can actually find it on UK ebay and get free samples for it if you're based in UK. Try it once and you'll know if it's actually better than the others, and it's so much cheaper too!!
