I received 140 punchgrafts micro grafts on the scalp area about 8 years ago. It doesn't look bad but someone who sees the top of my head probably can notice the plugs now that I have thinnned more on top. I dont want anymore plugs so that is not an option. Will I have scarring visible if I remove these plugs? or can I have dermbrasion to fix the scarring. This will problably look alot better than the plugs them selves. Thanks for any help.
