It definitely cleanses the scalp and keeps the Sebum or DHT buildup to a minimum. When you first start using it, you could have some hair briefly fall out that the Sebum/DHT was holding in and was not growing anyway. It lets the hair follicle breath !! All natural ingredients !!!
