Bill - Seemiller
ciaran00, Welcome to our community. Hair multiplication / regeneration is still being research and undergoing clinical trials. Hopefully over the course of the next 5 or 10 years, this will become available to the public. An accepted method of administering the multiplied hair follicles and cost are unknown at this point. Senior Member EmuSteve Posted November 26, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted November 26, 2007 All I know is, I talked to some dudes who went for a late 80's hair transplant because they were told that hair cloning was only 5-10 years away, and it was going to solve all their problems. Now, like Bill said, they are telling us that HM will likely be available in the next 5-10 years. Be careful getting your hopes up about hair cloning. I'll believe it when I see it offered to the public. No one has a crystal ball, ya? That said, there is some interesting news on the HM front. Intercytex claims to have accomplished hair cloning in a limited capacity, and have moved to phase 2 trials. You can check up on the progress of hair cloning by Googling "Intercytex" or "Aderans". Or check out this link: http://www.intercytex.com/icx/products/aesthetic/icxtrc/ -Steve I don't work for a doctor. Senior Member el guapo Posted November 26, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted November 26, 2007 Hair cloning has always been 5-10 years away. It could be true this time though...
