propecia not working?

Propecia doesn't lower testosterone. It lowers the amount of DHT (dihydrotestosterone). DHT is what contributes to hair loss. If anything, you'll have more testosterone.

80 - 85% of men using propecia see positive results. That means they see their hair loss stops. Some men see "some" regrowth. Hair that might regrow is hair that was udergoing the miniturization process.

However, some men experience a slowing of hairloss. The idea is to keep the hair you have. Propecia takes a long time to work. After a few months, it might seem like it's only slowing the hairloss. But stick with it and there's a very good chance it'll stop your hairloss.
