Regular Member rjnebbo Posted December 12, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted December 12, 2008 It appears this price of $300 to $350 has not changed much since 2003. I am scheduled for surgery and was quoted $300 for the product. I see on the web that it is only available through a Dr. So how is one able to obtain this product cheaper? Men's Kit: http://www.photomedex.com/product.php?pid=55 The GraftCyte?® Men's Kit gives you everything you need following a transplant procedure. The kit includes 7 GraftCyte?® Moist Dressings, a 6 oz GraftCyte?® Concentrated Spray, 4 oz GraftCyte?® Post-Surgical Shampoo, 4 oz GraftCyte?® Post-Surgical Conditioner, and 0.5 Iamin?® Hydrating Gel in a handsome carrying case. If anyone knows please let me know! Thanks! My Hair Loss Weblog - Hair Transplant with Dr. Siporin
Regular Member rjnebbo Posted December 21, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted December 21, 2008 Through some research I found this site for the product: http://www.makemeheal.com/mmh/...?procid=32&catid=415 I further found more about copper peptides here: http://www.regrowhair.com/non-...hair-loss-treatment/ Dr. Pickart's own copper peptide formula Folligen can be diluted with 50% water and used similarly to Graftcyte. While copper peptides alone will most likely not be enough to stave off future hair loss or regrow lost hair, the addition of a copper peptide treatment to one's hair loss regimen that includes a DHT-inhibitor like Propecia and a growth stimulator such as minoxidil can likely be extremely beneficial. Arnica Montana is known to reduce swelling and bruising. SinEcch is an arnica Montana remedy taken in pill form right after surgery to immediately reduce bruising, swelling, and discomfort, while Boiron Gel is a topical arnica cream that can be used once the incisions have closed (1-2 weeks post-op) to continue providing these healing benefits.
