Senior Member mrkneed Posted October 21, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted October 21, 2007 Hi I am almost 6 mos into my ht recovery and I noticed that the crown still has not filled in as much as my frontal hairline. Is this typical for the crown area to be slower? When should I exect to see results on the crown? Bill - Seemiller
mrkneed, Crown growth can be delayed due to some unknown anomaly. Additionally hair growth can happen at different rates for everyone. Have you seen any growth in the crown yet? Can you feel any growth with your fingertips if you touch the area? Hang in there...I've seen people report delay in crown growth even up to 9 months. I also encourage you to take the time to create a hair loss weblog to share your experience and photos with us. Best wishes, Bill
Senior Member MrJobi Posted October 22, 2007 Senior Member Share Posted October 22, 2007 Hi I am at 7 months and my crown is a bit behind as well. We just have to wait until 12 months.. Look on the bright side , we still have some growth.
