Senior Member Teddw2ds Posted November 17, 2003 Senior Member Share Posted November 17, 2003 It would depend on the extent of the current loss. I had 1535 grafts, all in the frontal third, but I had pretty deeply recessed temples. For someone with mildly recesed temples, and decent coverage already, then 1450 grafts could well be dense packing. Tedd
Guest
I had 2 procedures: 900 and 1300 grafts for a total of 2400+ in the front 1/3 of my scalp. I am not "densely packed" with this number of grafts. My Surgery With Dr. Sharon Keene
Guest
You siad you were not densed packed? but your pictures show different. Your HT looks great! that is what I want. I want the front hairline more packed. I'm going for 70per cm. What do you think?
Regular Member Peter Mac Posted November 30, 2003 Regular Member Share Posted November 30, 2003 >Would 1450 grafts on the hairline be considerd somewhat dense packing?< What is your definition of the hairline? How many cm or inches back and how wide is your forehead. Take a fabric tape measure and take some measurements on your scalp of the area you are thinking of Once we know the square centimeters we'll have a better idea of how dense it is. I am working on a few hair loss/transplant projects and will be making some announcements concerning them in the near future.
