david Posted March 23, 2007 Share Posted March 23, 2007 well, I have read some negative reports of Dr Joe Gallagher. I would have to say that I couldnt disagree more. His work is excellent and the work is completed by him and only him. I suppose you will hear good and bad about everyone, but from personal experience, I would recommend him without any hesitancy. One of the worst decisions that I ever made in my life.. He does pluggy and unnatural work.. Please don't go to him!! You will regret it!!
