its been a while since ive continued my research... that being said ive been on a few consultations in the last year and change and i get the idea that most surgeons restrain from filling in the temples in effect lessing the V shape of the mature mans hairline... is this common practice and if so why???

any responses from vets or surgeons would be greatly appreciated... Ibrahim....

IBRAHIM - No, it's not a good idea to fill in the temples. You want your hairline to look natural when you're 50, don't you? Most men have some hair loss and receding temples by middle age, so it would not look natural to have a rounded hairline. You need to think 10, 20, 30 years down the road, not just today.
