I'm 29 year old from Bangalore, India. I've been loosing hair since last 2-3 years now. no part of head is completey bald. however is a few areas its very thin and look as tho it isn't there.

After going thro the site and couple of threads i've decided on a combo of

1. Finax

2. Minoxidile

3. Nizrol

please comment..

1. do you think i need to go for HT.

2. if i stop the medication will the hairloss start again?

3. how long before i see the results

Hi

Your Gameplan is a good one, and there is nothing else you can take which has proof to grow hair. Here are your answers.

1- Don't know if you need a Ht, this is your choice. if you'd like opinions, post some pics

2- Yes, if you stop you will eventually lose all effect

3- i would give yourself 6 months for results

Good luck

Your combination looks good, I would wait like Mrjb said for a 4 months or so before you come to any big decision like that. A hair transplant is a big decision to take, speak to a hair specialist before taking any decisions.

I would wait even longer than 4 months. I have been on Minox and Prop for 4.5 months now and the hair I lost at the begining of my usage that was caused by Prop is JUST now at about 1.5". It seems it takes about 3 months before the hair lost in the shed is at a length to where you can see it starting to thicken and re-shape your head of hair. I would honestly take note at 6 months and then re-evaluate at 1 year.

Yup

give yourself a year of treatment to assess the situation.. some people respond very well to the BIG 3 , you may not need any surgery .
