What is the first sign propecia is working???

I have been on it for 4 months and I am trying to understand what I should look for to see if it is working. I see maybe 10-15 hairs after showering in the tub where as I used to see a lot more. When I rub rogaine in my head there are around 5 hairs in my hand after the rubbing (I put it on the front hairline as well).

I noticed shedding of miniturized hairs then it began to trail off. After about 3 or 4 months I could see lots of shorter hairs growing so I knew something was happening. Try not to pay too much attention to every hair that falls it really will drive you crazy.

shedding is very common in propecia. The long run will provide the most information whether the product works or not. In the case of propecia you can hope to maintain your hairs.
