Regular Member rottun Posted January 21, 2006 Regular Member Share Posted January 21, 2006 I am going to get a 1000 graph touch up on my hairline area. Is this a waste of the donor hair area? This would be my second HT. Any info is appreciated..

Senior Member hairbank Posted January 23, 2006 Senior Member Share Posted January 23, 2006 Rottun, You've had a few posts so maybe someone has responded to you on this, but just in case........ Don't consider the 1000 a waste of donor area but I understand your concern. How many times will I be able to do this in the future and am I hurting myself by taking too few out for this session?? Might you be sacraficing "a few good men" during the process?? Possibly! If it were me, I would check with your HT surgeon on this and see what he says. We all have opinions but they're the experts! It would be great if the doc can give you a better estimation of what he thinks your future loss to be to help you plan more effectively. After all, you not only care about the immediate results, but some assurance of keeping a certain "look" in the distant future, right? Good luck!
