Europeans - How far would you travel for a good transplant?

No offense but i dont see the logic of this post, what would you gain from learning how far people are willing to a travel for a HT? I would personally go wherever does the best HT, be it america, australia or canada which seem to be the best places to go at the minute, as would most people i think. If you are doing this poll to figure out where you should go i would suggest this un-wise, do research by reading previous posts not only on this forum but others as well. I think this would help you more and then make an informed decision on where you want to go.
