Propecia question -- best practices

Hi everyone,

 

I am taking Propecia and I had a few questions:

 

1. Is there an ideal time to take Propecia? Morning? Before Bedtime? With a meal?

2. Is there an ideal amount of water to take with Propecia? Just a tad? 1 cup? 2 cups?

Hey hair_me_out,

 

Apparently, it doesn't matter if you take Finasteride with food or not. I prefer to have it on an empty stomach. (makes more sense to me)

 

I wouldn't worry about what time of day, however, try and have it at the same time everyday. I also take it with a full glass of water (as I would any medication).

3. Is it OK to take Propecia with other pills (like a multivitamin)?

Not to worry, I have the stretchy pants at the ready -- I can sound the alarm and change into them at a moment's notice.

 

I will see about getting Proscar and saving some cold hard cash. Thanks for the suggestion.
