Hello, I wanted to make sure that I was up to date on the latest no-brainer hair maintenance treatments. For example, some treatments are broadly proven, and accepted, at this point. Therefore, it's a no-brainer to include those treatments as part of my hair maintenance regimen.
* My daily shampoo is H&S (active ingredient: pyrithione zinc).
* I use Nizoral shampoo 2-3 times/week
* I take a daily Biotin supplement (5k mcg)
* I also take a daily multivitamin and vegetarian omega-3 with epa + dha for general health.
Although propecia is strongly recommended to prevent hair loss, I have avoided taking it, because I don't like the reported side effects. So, based on this information I've provided, and based on current science and technology, are there any other hair maintenance treatments, I should include in my daily regimen?
