400 single hair grafts were placed into 0.8mm incisions in the hairline, and 240 grafts were placed in 0.8mm incisions to recreate temporal peaks for the patient. 1.2mm incisions were used to place 1,043 grafts in the front. 1.2mm incisions were used to put 300 grafts in the top of his scalp.

29 year old male 18 months post-op having received a total of 2,922 grafts utilizing custom cut blades:

500 single hair grafts placed into 0.8mm incisions in the hairline, 200 grafts placed into 0.8mm incisions to recreate temporal peaks,

1,000 grafts placed into 1.1 mm incisions in the front,

722 grafts placed into 1.2 mm incisions in the top & 500 grafts into 1.2 mm incisions placed in the crown.

42 year-old male who underwent multiple prior procedures elsewhere. He is now 17 months post-op having received a total of 2221 grafts utilizing custom cut blades:

200 single hair grafts into 0.8mm incisions in the hairline, 800 grafts into 1.1mm incisions in the front, 700 grafts into 1.1mm incisions in the top, 521 grafts into 1.2mm incisions in the crown.

54 year old male at 2 years post-op having received a total of 2431 grafts utilizing custom cut blades:

500 single hair grafts into 0.8mm incisions in the hairline, 200 single hair grafts into 0.8 incisions in the temporal peaks, 731 grafts into 1.1mm incisions in the front, 1000 grafts into 1.2mm incisions in the front and top. Although this patient was very happy with his results, he recently had a 2nd procedure with Dr. Williams to increase volume.

65 year old female 1 year post-op having received a total of 2339 grafts utilizing custom cut blades:

400 single hair grafts into 0.8 mm incisions in the hairline, 800 multiple hair grafts into 1.1 mm incisions in the front, 939 multiple hair grafts into 1.2 mm incisions in the top, 175 multiple hair grafts into 1.2 mm incisions in the crown, 25 multiple hair grafts into 1.2 mm incisions into a small scar. Patient was happy with results but may desire a second procedure. I apologize for the inconsistency in the size of the photos. This is my first posting. I will do better next time!

43 year old male 6 month post-op having received a total of 3615 grafts utilizing custom cut blades:

500 single hair grafts into incisions made with 0.8mm 45 degree angled blade in the hair line, 200 Single hair grafts into incisions made with 0.8mm 90 degree angled blade in the temporal peaks, 300 multiple hair grafts into 1.1mm incisions in the front, and 2,015 multiple hair grafts into 1.2mm incisions in the crown.

Patient was happy with results and desires a second procedure. Dr Williams has requested that he wait closer to a year post-op before making that decision.

The patient is happy for now with his "improved look." He may want a second procedure in the future, but seems very satisfied. Thank you!
