Nizoral is harsh, but is there a reason you are opposed to using Revita? I did a lot of research, and it is definitely the most highly recommended. I don't know if it actually helps, but I like the shampoo.
Unlike Nizoral and Nioxin, Revita is specifically advertised to stimulate hair regrowth. This actually makes me feel more gullible for spending the $30 per bottle.
Is there anything in this shampoo other than ketoconazole (sp?) that is actually beneficial?
If not, why is it so much more expensive than Nizoral? I paid $35 for a 200 ml bottle, the same I paid for a 3 month supply of Rogaine foam. I can at least take comfort in the fact that Rogaine is FDA approved.
Is Revita the real deal or is DS Laboratories another company taking advantage of those desperate for hair?
I just started taking Propecia and using Rogaine foam. Does anyone have any advise on how long I should wait before going for a hair transplant? My concern is that the doc might target areas that will grow from the meds. Since donor hairs are limited, I don't want to waste them.
