After three scalp reductions, the back of my head in the center had scarring that my hair wouldn't cover, especially when wet. I have extremely fine hair. I had dark drown tattoo dots placed there on the scarring and it blended with my own hair to give a natural appearance, even when my head is wet. I've since had more tattoo dots on the top of my head and I'm finding that, although it is not a perfect solution, it has helped. Some might want to consider this as one part of an overall solution to having a natural looking scalp, especially if there has been significant scarring.....
