If these don't work... then what sort of laser tool would?

Anyone heard of and/or tried HairFull Laser Comb sold exclusively by Vital Solutions http://visol.com? According to the site, you use it like a regular comb only it works to drive blood supply to hair follicles which brings nutrients that encourage hair follicles to wake up and grow new and healthier hair. I haven't tried the product myself but have bought a few products from http://visol.com, and have been very satisfied with the results. It is the HairFull laser comb sold at http://visol.com I am referring to. Please share your experience if any. Thank you!
