because you can not separate one single hole anymore. If it is to close then 2 small holes become to 1 bigger hole. Mabe I have to check other materials for to create more density... Cheers Hape

Dear all, just a practical hint for you. As an illustration for the density of 49 twosome grafts per square centimeters . I have sewed some hairs into a rubber. The marked area equals exactly one square centimetre. I have sewed 7x7 twosome grafts. The twosome grafts is just a folded hair which comes out with the 2 ends. You can do and check it for yourselves and valuate if the density is enough for your case. Good luck! hape

Hi PRGuy, First of all your hairline looks very well and it gives me a lot of hope. You mentioned you have 50-80 grafts/cm2. How big (cm2) was your whole recipient area ? From my point of view I think 50-80 grafts are too much. My first bone of my little finger is 2 cm long . I guess you have nearly the same size +/- 2mm. If I make a comparison with your first bone of your little finger and your grafts on this picture (see below). I come only to max 12 grafts along the 2 cm that equals to 6 grafts along to 1 cm. That means only 36 grafts/cm2. I supposed that every red dot is a graft. Have you counted your grafts by yourselves or did Dr.Alvi tell it ? Btw: When can we get your update pics ? Hi Belgiumdude, I don't want to take Proscar, Propecia or other medicine as long as I have no hairloss in my crown vertex (hopefully never) because Proscar & Propecia will only work there and not in the temple area. Also I am afraid of sheedings because of the useage of Proscar & Propecia. I have read a lot of this sheeding problem. Sure Belgiumdude if I do a surgery I will share my experience. Hi Belgiumdude, I only wanna get the transplants to my balding temples (my pics: http://www.hairsite2.com/gallery/woods_hape.htm). I don't use any drugs. I have used Xandrox 12 % Minox in the past for 2 years. I stopped it arround 1 year ago, because of no effect. My age is right now 33. I think I have a high probability that my NW3 shape will be constant. I have it already arround at least 12 years. My father is a NW6, but I have no similar looking to my father. I have inherited my looking and also my hailine from my grandpa (mother side). His hairline was also NW3 shape until he died with 60 years. That's why I think I will not need any hair for other areas. So I should have enough donor hair for high dense hairline. Cheers Hape
