I'm a 25yr old and a Norwood 4 or 5a. I'm scheduled for a hair transplant in two months and I have a question about waviness. My hair is quite wavy and I've seen pictures on the internet of other men with wavy hair whose hair stands straight up and looks like a birds nest. It looks like every hair is bending in a different direction. I want my hair to look natural and I want the individual hairs to bend in the same direction with each other. I'm wondering if this is a function of the radial orientation of the follicle as viewed perpendicularly from the scalp. Would all of the hair have to placed at the same radial position as it was when it was in the back of my head? For example all the hair on one part of my head bends left first then right. So, if all of the hairs were randomly twisted in their sockets, I would expect that some would bend left first, some up, some down etc, and then I would get that frizzy look. That's what I want ot avoid. Any thoughts or suggestions?
