and now he looks like a patient in a need of a repair job to fix his pluggy looking hairline.

your growth looks better than Phils as per short haircut hmo. i can tell still. let it grow for few months (2 - 2.5 months) and post the update. you received a lot of grafts for not such big area. thus i'd expect much more thickness than that. but again it's only 6 months so hang in there bro.

Phil,
I've updated the title of this topic at your request :-).
Looking good so far!
Best wishes,
Bill Seemiller
ummm.... are you sure you did Bill? couse it still reads 5 months?
@Phil
honestly it does not look good as of now. bird nest written all over it.
the good news is it's only 6 months, and a lot of ppl are slow growers. i really hope that next few months will be good to you and that your result will look like something that we all expect from a clinic such as HW.

to answer OP's question - i do not know. i'm not that smart to figure it out
I had an accident 2 years ago. I fell through a termite eaten floor that looked perfectly solid, and it was about a 12 foot fall. I was knocked temporarily unconscious, and when I came to my nose was full of blood and felt like it was broken and had maybe pushed up into my brain. I was quite dizzy and felt nautious as well. I also had a pretty nasty cut about 7 inches long on my chest from the rotten wood when I fell through. So I had someone bring me straight to the ER of a local hospital. I'm a musician, so I didn't have insurance. I thought I might have brain damage, and so they did a cat scan as well as an MRI I believe. It was 1 of those machines you lie down in and go through on a conveyer belt. The tests showed there were no issues with my brain and no broken bones, fractures, or spinal damage.
Anyway, the thing that upsets me the most is that they did not even stitch up my obviously bad cut. And I showed it to the nurse MANY times. We're talking about basic stitches, something a family doctor could do for you. And because of this 1 inch of this scar has formed tissue that is pink and a big raised lump of ugly meat.
And to add insult to injury I recieved a $3500 bill in the mail 2 weeks later for the cat scan and MRI !!!! If Obama's new healthcare bill means that somebody like me will not be in the hole for $3500 just for a couple of body scans and complete lack of BASIC medical care, then I am ALL FOR IT !!!!!!!!!!!! I don't see how the new health care system could be any worse than it already was.
WOW allow me to be the first one to acknowledge that what happened to you sir was:
1. wrong
2. robbery
3. treachery
4. see #2
5. legal/legit way to rob people where justice/legal system together with all moral grounds of humanity turn the blind eye to, and should be corrected and brought to justice.
CAPITALIZM n. = money first, man/people second!
it's an old saying that stands so true till this day and can't be debated period. call me lenin, carl marx or whatever i don't care…..
why i consider Mr. Obama as a great man and a great leader? simple. the man is visionary. he sees and combines good from both worlds re: capitalism vs. socialism, just like UK, Canada, Sweden, and many other countries do.
oh yeah I love my blue chips while they still "blue"
@Dr. Lindsey – i'm so happy to read that your daughter's road to %100 success and recovery is upon horizon. and i wish her continued success from the bottom of my hart.

Mike,
it looks good and i know that it would be very hard for someone with thin hair to pull of the spiked look. so you being able to pull it off speaks volume, no pun intended. however i bet your hair would look really good and even better laid flat something like a ceaser style and spike the front only. have you tried that one? i'd love to see your pics with no spiking just for comparison reasons.
overall looks pretty good to me.

or perhaps this one might work?

i know that lately there has been some talk about tattooing your head and i just happened to come across a tattoo that just might work for FUE scars as well as strip scars. take a look:
deal or no deal?
Falk feel free to move it wherever you like

oh, ok my bad
i won't try to pull something like that again

if we could have the pleasure of seeing some top-down postops to match all the pre-op ones
to be 100% frank here, i wouldn't care one bit, one way or the other.
this job is mediocre at best and it's prolly one of her best showcased results thus far.

thanks a.j.
i'm looking forward to that....

Did Curt Shilling retire? Does he still pitch for Boston?
i'm pretty sure that he did.
or did he?
-
I recently had a consultation with him and he and his assistant took a lot of time with me and seemed very knowledgable and personable.
you know that i knew once a used car salesman that had the exact same qualities and characteristics as these and he too took a lot of time with me and seemed very knowledgeable and personable just to sell me a lemon.
stay on this site for few months and do some researching before you decide on doing anything to your hair!
-
thanks Scorpian!
i'm looking forward to more of your updates and i wish you good and heafty growth and all the good stuff that comes with it.

Not to steal G's thunder, but I'll answer your questions...I don't think he'd mind.
this time i'll forgive you, but next time i wont be so kind
hey at least you didn't steal my avatar
randy,
listen to the man.
this guy is the font of knowledge - no joke.

i can see the need for some hair improvement on his end, though not necessary considering his appropriate age imo.
and i would also happen to agree with Rabel and say that in the range of 2K-2.5K grafts with a top doc would make things nice for him and relieve him of his current psychological burden.
BTW Rebel, i think that you and mmhce will get along just fine and perhaps become a life-long friends
-
That is by no means evidence...esp, when it comes to hair loss treatments.
not sure what you mean by this.
does anyone know how much Dr. Jones charges for 1 PRP session?

i assume that the silence on this thread means "please show us the top down pic" and "graft placement pics would be nice".

i think it's time to call this once promising hairloss treatment what it really is - A DUD. so it was nothing but a hype and weak hope at best.
i just feel bad for ppl that were used as guinea pigs and had to pay for it too. anyone that thinks otherwise, please enlighten me/us with some pictorial sets.
only five more years till cloning comes - YAAAAYY!
