thanks again Bill. I will probably go for the maximum amount of grafts in the first session, concentrating around frontal third of the scalp. I am thinking of having a face to face consultation in UK to get a rough idea of grafts, available donor grafts, costs. I think the best HT surgeon in UK is probably Dr Farjo. Did you consult many surgeons before deciding? I want to go abroad for the HT, not just because of cost but for the vacation aspect of it. I have had online consultations with a few foreign HT surgeons recommended on this website, the costs vary and I dont really know which one to go for....any tips or suggestions my friend?

Bill, thanks for your feedback. I have attached another top down pic. To be honest, my main goal is to create a good hairline, preferably 4 fingers up from my eyebrows. But at the same time I would like complete coverage of balding areas. I would prefer to do one session only, but depending on results of the first, I would consider one more. My long term goals are to keep complete coverage, will stay on propecia and continue using minoxidil. I have done a few online consultations with various HT surgeons, and their estimates range from 1,500 up to 4,000.

Guys, I would firstly like to say thank you very much for your comments. They are much appreciated. Yes, the photos are great, and I have been to Brazil before on holiday, absolutely loved the place. That's one of the reasons why I would like to go there for a HT. . I have never had any sort of cosmetic surgery before, so it's a big step for me. I have attached some photos, my hair loss has stopped, been on propecia and minoxidil for 3 months and have been amazed with the increased thickness and also some re-growth. I am 28, think I am at NW scale of 4 or 5?? Started loosing hair at age of 21. I also would like to see some more patient photos (before/post op/progression/after) from this clinic. At the moment, I think I will probably go ahead with having the HT with Dr. Tykocinski. I have been in contact and they estimated around 2000 grafts based on the pictures. I will definitely be posting my before and after photos on this site, that's a promise. Without this website, I would truly be lost. Thank God (and Pat ) for this website
