sorry to hear your trouble same old same old...these companies come up with fancy names and spins but all of these units are pretty much from similar chinese factories and they add a fancy name to it and rip you off... keep it simple find $150 units out there and it's just as good if not better... I got 2 for under 300 bucks custom from e-bay...it was putstanding...toplace and coolpiece are ok, but inconsistent and their prices going up all the time
