  3. Thank you all for your comments, it makes me feel a bit more confident about it.. The one pic which i wasnt sure about is the one with the ruler. it doesnt appear to have alot of hairs in that particular square inch. Please remember from my first pic, he shaved about an inch inwards from my hairline.. I just hope it comes out ok.. the fron is now very flaky, i dont know if this is psoriasis or just scabs flaking off, however i have suffered from psoriasis for a number of years.. Its nice to have your views though guys
  4. another, sorry guys dont know how to post all in one message..
  5. Here we are guys, finally got my pics from DR Feriduni.. The front of my hair was shaved first, so where my front hairline is i had hair there.. any comments i would be extremely gratefull.
  6. I will post the pics when i receive them from the Dr.. He said he would email me them as he had a problem with his comp.. He took pics before, during and after.
  7. Thank you for your advice Bill. I know you know your stuff after going through a HT several times.. I have psoriasis on my scalp which i asked Feriduni to recommend something for about a week before the op and he said to use 2% Dithranol, which during my research on psoriasis forums i heard that this was a high strength and it had bad feedback, such as red swollen face etc.. I know its a long shot but can you recommend something for this and also i dont want to use anything whilst still in early days of my HT, its been 5 days now.. Thanks Nathan
  8. Thank you for your replies, i have accidentaly scrathed the grat area without realising, and am worried about the consequences now.
  9. I have had my procedure with Dr Feriduni on 1st July.. I am very very swollen, I look like an extra on startrek, my forehead and around my eyes are huge.. however i am not too concerned as he told me this would happen after the op. I had 1911 grafts and I must say that Dr Feriduni is a nice and pleasant guy, very helpful also, answers all your questions very well.. What i do want to ask you guys is, since the op my grafts have been constantly itching and its driving me mad, is there anything at all i can do to prevent this please? Any suggestions would be very welcome. Thank you Nathan
  10. Thank you Bill..going on Pat's visit that really made my mind up. I've had a quote for 1800 grafts for ??????¬4950 so after no one really has given me any negative feedback, i think this is my final HT.. I'll keep you updated with how it goes guys..
  11. I have recently had a quotation for a HT from the above, although there have been a few good reports there hasn't been anyone on the site who has had an op from the above, although no one has given any negative feedback about him.. I just would like to ask before I book my op next month does anyone know of or heard any good stuff regarding the above... I know Pat visited Dr Feriduni's clinic and was very impressed with him and I have visited his site, but this is as far as it goes.. Anyone know anything regarding the above please let me know.. Thanks

  13. Thank you for your help, I might just cancel the consultation. I have changed my mind so many times on what people say about different surgeons.. As I am based in the UK My choice went to Farjo but then i heard not so many good things about him and now I've heard Dr Rogers is the man... However I have not heard any bad things about DR Feller or Hasson & Wong.. Dr Feller would be alot closer New York for me but how Good is he?? I want someone to do it right..
  14. Can anyone please help. I have a consultation with the above this Friday in London and I havent seen any posts criticising or praising any work they do.. It says on their front page they have been asked to do a channel 4 programme on hair loss, so i'm thinking they must be half decent. Does anyone know anything bout this company at all? Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks Nathan
  15. I wonder if anyone could please give me some advice and help. I had surgery in November 2006, which was a folicular transplant with The Wimpole Street Clinic in London, by Dr May. I had around 900 grafts and an incision of skin was taken from the back of my head. I have been back to the clinic a few times since for follow ups, my last visit only 4 months ago. I am unhappy with the way the transplanted hair looks, which appears very wispy and thin, I overheard the surgeon say to his consultant that the hair was very weak on the left and they have since offered me a second operation for 600 grafts at a reduced price, this would be to thicken the area up as they said they couldnt put the grafts close together due to the fact they needed room for the blood to flow better, can you tell me if this is correct? I thought it would just require one operation and that would be it but it was never brought to my attention that maybe I would require a second operation to thicken the first session up, but I now know in my own experience that I now do. I obviously dont want to go back to Wimpole Street again and I have a consultation with HS Clinic on the 17th April but after reading the reviews it seems that Dr Farjo is the one to see.. I would appreciate any advice or help anyone can give please.. Thanks Nathan
